Graduation Requirements

Students must earn a minimum of 24 units of credits to earn a high school diploma. For detailed information on graduation requirements click here.

                                    83-91=B

                                    74-82=C

                                    65-73=D

                                    0-64=F  

 

CGPA and ACT testing

The cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is based on a four point grading scale. The CGPA and ACT testing range for the top 50% of the senior class of:

CTBS/Terra Nova testing for Spring of 2005

BGBS administers the CTBS/Terra Nova Second Edition to grades 3, 6 and 8 in the spring of each year. The Terra Nova, Second Edition is the newest member of the Terra Nova family of assessments published by CTB/McGraw-Hill. Terra Nova, Second Edition test achievement in four main content areas:

  1. Reading/Language Arts

  2. Mathematics

  3. Science

  4. Social Studies 

·  Grade 9 Assessment Summary: Test Date: 04/19/05 . Number of students tested: 20. Number of students using accommodations: 0.

§         Grade Equivalent (GE): This year’s 9th grade class as a group is performing at a level that is typical of students who have completed the forth month of 11th grade.
