TENTH GRADE - WASHINGTON, D. C. TRIP Each year, Blue Grass tenth graders visit our nation's capital during spring break. In addition to seeing the normal sights... the White House, the Capitol, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, etc., they were able to attend the Senate's debate on the budget bill and see the House of Representatives vote against partial birth abortions. The trip was very enjoyable for both the students and Mr. Cornett. It was a great week!
FOR YOUR INFORMATION Several Blue Grass teachers were already CPR certified. The others just recently completed CPR classes for their certification. Thanks to Diane Gregory for setting up these classes.
